Premier dancers and professionals are invited to the Portland Highland Dancing Association's 2023 Championship Set Step Workshop with RSOBHD judge Natalie Quick. Please note Intermediate dancers who know the 2023 championship set steps and have approval from their teachers are welcome to register for the workshop.
